Our Compliance & Contract Manager will play a key role in enhancing Cyviz governance, internal control and risk management processes. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is part of the CFO’s leadership team. The place of work will be Oslo.

You will have a key role in shaping and implementing compliance and contract processes and frameworks throughout the company globally. It is crucial that you can operate both strategically and in a hands-on capacity. You should be confident in taking full ownership of responsibilities and making decisions autonomously. This is a highly independent role that requires strong self-direction.

Key areas include

• Advice and support our global operations on regulatory, contractual, commercial, and administrative matters
• Further develop and manage Cyviz’ compliance program, covering code of conduct, anti-corruption, whistleblowing, transparency act reporting and insider list management
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts supporting all our regions and functions whilst managing external legal resources when required
• Own and develop Cyviz’ governance processes and internal control
• Prepare and deliver training on compliance and contractual topics to staff members globally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG into Cyviz’ operations and products, ensuring alignment with acknowledged ESG principles, CSRD and the organization’s ESG ambitions
• Collaborate with internal teams to collate necessary data for compliance monitoring and reporting.

Required skills and qualifications

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory implementation and / or contract management, alternatively experience from roles such as audit, management consulting, legal advisor or other consulting services, with a desire to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of one or more relevant regulations such as ESG, privacy, inside information management, industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, ISO 9001), and/or Inco-terms in contracts is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.
• Experience from organizations with an international dimension, working across cultures and borders will also be a appreciated.
• Engagement and motivation to learn and take lead may compensate for lack of experience and formal qualifications.
