Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 114 team members. We are on a mission to revolutionize iGaming and sports betting by creating the next-generation platform and products. Our offerings are 100% cloud-based, capable of seamless scaling across different regions and brands.

So far in 2024, we have successfully launched two brands, ReSpin and Epicbet, on our proprietary platform. Sisu Group is founded by iGaming veteran Jan Svendsen, who previously founded Coolbet, NordicBet and Triobet. The majority of the company is owned by staff, with secured funding totalling €21M.

Role:

Epicbet is looking for new employees from Scandinavia. Are you interested in sports and gaming, and love mathematics? We are a relatively newly established company, but our team is built on extensive industry experience. We are growing fast and need more skilled employees for our Sportsbook. You will be given full training at our office in Tallinn by some of the best people in the industry, so we can promise you a thorough training in odds setting, risk management and everything that goes into a Sportsbook. We are open to you working from Tallinn, Estonia after the training as well, but also from your home country if you prefer. We also have an office in Malaga (Spain).

We are primarily looking for younger people who want to learn a new profession, but we are also open to taking on people with experience from the industry. We are planning to hold job interviews in Stockholm and Oslo at the end of September, but it is also possible to come to Tallinn if you wish. It is a myth that this is an industry for guys only, we like to hear from girls who feel they have what it takes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• A strong interest in sports and sports betting.
• Able to succeed in a busy and changing environment.
• Focused on details and highly accurate.
• Able to make fast and smart decisions using live data and market info.
• Knowledge about different bets, odds, and how sports betting works is helpful.

Your will be responsible for:

• Develop and manage market types, set up leagues, and establish sports limits when required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a proactive problem-solver ("fireman") to address emergencies or issues related to offers, external feeds, or operational challenges.
• Conduct shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring and management of potential risks, including weekends.
• Test various Sportsbook products and functionalities, providing feedback and reporting findings to the Sportsbook Product Owner.
