Pursue Excellence, The Team:
As a key member of our IT team, the candidate will play a crucial role in managing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining Architectures, configuring, integrating, designing, and developing effective solutions using Salesforce Clouds (mainly Commerce) as well as linked satellites solutions.
Take Responsibility, The Position:
The Full stack developer with Salesforce cloud expertise has overall responsibility of delivering digital solutions development and expertise to the Stokke digital teams in B2C and B2B. This position has a fantastic opportunity to influence way of working with best-in-class technologies, bringing efficiency to the business, and providing best experience to Consumers/Customers interacting with Stokke.
The Full stack developer will have a key focus and expertise on the Salesforce platform development and other digital solutions in the ecosystem used by the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (CRM, Paid Media, social media …) units. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Cloud functionalities (or similar systems), development, business processes and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Solution Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Business Solution analysts to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce Clouds and other satellite systems.
- Help IT Business Solution Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions with support from 3rd party partners when needed.
- Design and propose innovative solutions based on Salesforce clouds, and other satellite systems to address business needs.
- Develop detailed technical functional specifications, data models, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of solutions
- Serve as a sparring partner to the Stokke IT architect and to the partner teams tech leads to follow the Stokke tech stack strategy development.
Development
- Work closely with other IT Teams and partners to design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other core systems.
- Develop part of project on your own ( mainly javascript possibly with React)
- Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, working with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
Testing & Documentation
- Develop and execute Unit test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions provided
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
User Support
- Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties for issues escalation and handling.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technical process improvement and system optimization.
Better Together, The Ideal Profile:
Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at the Bachelor's level or higher serves as a solid foundation. However, equivalent experience and certifications are also valued.
Technical Proficiency: Full Stack Developer experience within an ecommerce or marketing context is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing IT solutions, particularly within Salesforce Cloud environments, is crucial. Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds (Core, Sales, Service, Marketing) is a distinct advantage.
Digital Acumen: The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of CRM systems, social media platforms, Paid Media channels, analytics tools, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices. This comprehensive digital skill set enables effective collaboration across diverse teams and initiatives.
Communication Skills: Efficient communication is paramount, with an emphasis on articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely fosters collaboration and ensures alignment across cross-functional teams.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices is essential for navigating dynamic project environments. The ideal candidate thrives in iterative development cycles, adapting seamlessly to evolving requirements and priorities.
Cloud Integration Expertise: A strong understanding of cloud integration technologies is invaluable, particularly within a MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture. Hands-on experience with integration platforms and protocols enhances the candidate's ability to architect robust and scalable solutions.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A strategic mindset, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, empowers the candidate to tackle complex challenges with confidence. The capacity to think critically and creatively facilitates the development of innovative solutions that drive business value.
Independence and Collaboration: While the role demands autonomy and self-direction, collaboration remains paramount. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication within our global team and partner network.
Preferred Experience Includes:
- Experience with personalization studio platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the integration of payment gateways, ERP systems, Product Information Management (PIM) systems, and Content Management Systems (CMS) enriches the candidate's skill set and enhances their ability to architect end-to-end solutions.
