We are looking for a great Recruitment Advisor!

On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Recruitment Advisor for a temporary assignment to assist with the following tasks:


Job Description

• External recruitment (experienced hires)

• Internal recruitment

• Vendor management

• Service management

• Ensuring personnel security in recruitment

 

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field

• Several years of experience in sourcing and recruitment

• Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, preferably experience with the Workday recruitment module

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English

• The ability to speak Norwegian is required

• Highly organized with strong planning skills

• A team player with the ability to build solid relationships

• Excellent communication and advisory skills

• Service-minded, curious, and quick to learn

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
