As an Electrical Specialist, you will play an important role within our operation and project teams, focusing on electrical systems, automation, and control systems, for vessels and offshore units. Based in our Arendal office, you'll be at the core of our operations. Duties and responsibilities:

Position 1:

• Responsible for electro and control system systems on a Floating Storage Unit in the North Sea

Position 2:

• Be part of the Technical Authority Team verifying regulation compliance for Floating Storage Unit in the North Sea
• Be part of our specialist resource team for supporting vessels and offshore units in operation, newbuildings, and modifications within your field of expertise
• Support Vessels in operation and newbuildings with DP systems and DP testing
• Play a key role in developing green projects for our vessels and offshore units
• Support our organization in growth in offshore unit operation

Qualifications:

• Background as onboard Electrician or Electrical Engineer (MSc or BSc)
• Preferably experience from authority/class, marine industry, offshore unit operation, or yard/supplier industry.
• Preferably experience in the design, construction, operation, procedures, and maintenance of marine electrical systems (high and low voltage), automation and control systems, as well as follow-up/commissioning of new building projects
• Experience from FPSOs is beneficial, but not required
• Good with communication in both Scandinavian and English, both written and verbal
• Junior applicants are also welcome to apply, and training will be arranged as part of work
