- Offshore shipbroker (Full-time, Bergen or Oslo)
- Sale & Purchase shipbroker (Full-time, Bergen or Oslo)
- Shipping analyst (Part-time, Oslo)
Offshore shipbroker
For our Offshore team, we would like to bring on an individual with global interest and a solid commercial and strategic mindset. Our team works closely as one unit with a drive to provide our clients with the best technical and commercial support. We cover most segments within the Offshore and Subsea space. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years of experience who can quickly adapt and join our teams in either Bergen or Oslo
Personal attributes required:
- Strong business development skill
- Experience in concluding SnP, Chartering / Newbuilding deals
- Ability to work closely within a team and work in an intense global environment
Sale & Purchase shipbroker
For our Sale & Purchase team, we are looking for candidates with some experience and a track record. You may be an experienced broker who is looking for a new challenge in a forward-looking company, or a junior broker with some experience who sees their career path blocked by incumbents. Shipping Analyst Part Time (application deadline 30 Sep)
We are looking for a proactive, commercially oriented, and independent analyst to join our Research & Projects Team on a part time basis. The team covers the core international shipping markets within all categories of Conventional Tankers, Chemicals, LPG, Petrochemicals, Offshore/Aquaculture, and Dry cargo.
Your work tasks will be to produce market reports on one or more of these markets, keep yourself updated on news and market developments, keep our databases updated etc.
The ideal candidate is a student with 1-3 years until graduating. Work hours will be office hours one day a week at your choice.
Requirements for successful candidates:
- BSc or MSc student in Economics, Business, Technical or other relevant discipline
- Interest or experience from shipping or commodity markets
- Experienced user of Excel and Power Point, familiarity with Power BI and programming a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Open minded with a social and commercial attitude, ability to function well in an intense and demanding international environment
