We’re looking for someone who has experience working with fashion, jewelry, accessories, etc.,.It is important that the employee has solid sales experience. The possition is temporary with the goal of extension.
The position as Junior Sales Manager holds the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for getting in contact with new potential customers and maintaining and provide service to all Norwegian retailers.
• Making sure Maanesten are properly presented at all retailers and educate retailers in new collections of jewelry and accessories.
• Attending meetings with our sales team. These meetings can be digital but are preferably physical and will therefore require travels to Denmark.
• Inviting retailers to the showroom or visit them to provide the best service and sale.
• Attend at meetings with all our costumers in our showroom during our sales periodes in February and August.
We expect you to represent Maanesten the best way possible, meaning showing up with a big smile and a lot of energy of course wearing Maanesten products for inspiration. It is important to understand the power of this brand ambassador role.
We expect our Junior Sales Managers in Norway to be self-driven, motivated, and independent. The employee will get all the backup, support, and updates from the office when needed, but is expected to know how to organize the job on her own in a corporation with our Head Of Sales.
The position is full-time. Working hours may take place in the evening and during weekends in busy periods. The employee will have full responsibility to administrate her work schedule in the best way possible. The position includes a lot of time on the road, driving, or flying to retailers across the country, and it is important that the employee knows how to administrate time in a responsible matter and can work independently both in and out of the office. It is also required that the employee has a driver license.
The job is based in Prinsens Gate, Oslo. Maanesten is a workplace with an informal tone, a lot of freedom, and possibilities. We’re having a huge momentum right now and are expanding throughout Scandinavia and Germany. The job will include transportation by either car or plane whatever the employee prefers. Salary is based on qualifications.
