KITCHEN MANAGER
PROUD MARY OSLO
We are currently seeking a motivated, engaged, and organized Kitchen Manager for Proud Mary, a brand-new pub concept in the heart of Oslo.
Proud Mary is a pub combined with a nightclub, catering to an adult audience.
With inspiration from UK pubs and the atmosphere of German beer halls and gardens, we have created a modernized pub with a cozy and homely atmosphere. Proud Mary embraces diversity, making the concept versatile and inclusive for people of all ages and genders.
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who has a strong passion and interest in working in a busy and exciting kitchen. As the leader of our kitchen team, you will ensure the daily kitchen operations run smoothly and that our kitchen maintains a high standard of quality. At Proud Mary, we focus on hospitality, service, and great guest interaction, and we do not compromise on the quality of what we deliver. You will have a central role in your team as we collectively work to ensure our guests have a truly unique experience.

As a Kitchen Manager at Proud Mary, you will help create a dynamic and exciting workplace, with room for both social interaction and personal development. Therefore, there are specific requirements for you and your position.
You will be responsible for:
- Proud Mary’s kitchen operations and budgets
- The well-being of your employees (motivation, training, and follow-up)
- Administrative overview in terms of shift schedules, economy, sustainability, etc.
- Ensuring that Proud Mary’s food always meets guest expectations

REKOM Food is rapidly developing, so it is possible to become a key player in the growth of REKOM Food, and you may also have the opportunity to take on responsibility for multiple kitchens in the future.
We expect that you have:
- Leadership experience
- Industry knowledge and experience in the restaurant sector
- Thorough knowledge of egenkontrol, both establishing new systems and maintaining old
- ones
- A strong sense of order
- A systematic approach to your work
