Teamlead - Customer Service
We are looking for a Team leader who is enthusiastic about customer service work and people management for full time employment contract at Oslo, Bergen or Sandefjord office. Our goal is to find an analytical and humane result-maker to lead the End Customer Service.
Your most important task is to enable your team members to succeed in goal-oriented expert work. Your team assists our customers' customers in matters related to invoice payment, such as postponing the due date, splitting payments into several instalments, resolving complaints and updating information. Your team is responsible for customer contacts related to payment control of different kinds of services, for example energy.
Consistent reporting and coaching ensure that the direction, quantity and quality of your team's work are on a sustainable basis and develop upwards in line with Ropo's goals. You set clear goals and monitor quality and efficiency indicators in all service channels (phone and email). You are a natural leader who motivates and coaches your team members to perform even better.
You proactively acquire information related to your team's work from key stakeholders and ensure that your team always has the most up-to-date information about new customers and ways of working. You will also maintain your own expertise by participating in the team's daily customer service tasks.
Our goal is to solve every issue right from the first contact (FCR), but the most important thing in our customer service is a helpful, friendly and solution-oriented attitude, which you spread by leading by example.
We hope from you:
• Excellent service attitude and experience in the Customer Service environment
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• At least 2-3 years of experience in managerial or team leadership
• Prioritization and organizational skills
• Interest in monitoring and analyzing data
• Business understanding and the ability to perceive what affects the fulfilment of the customer promise
• Interest in invoicing and financial management
• Experience in training and coaching people
• Bachelor's degree
