Accounting Manager (temporary)
Are you a skilled Accounting Manager looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a temporary resource in a 1 year assignment to lead the accounting and audit processes in Havfram.

Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Preparation of annual statements and notes.
- Oversee the preparation of management reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
- Ensure that all VAT filings meet the corresponding deadlines.
- Confirm and oversee that entries, transactions and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in internal and external reporting.
- Ensure that reports, filings and documentation comply with the company's regulations.
- Assign and review work and provide guidance on complex accounting tasks.
- Ensure the team is up to date on current accounting practices and regulations.
- Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including corporate tax filings and audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure compliance with all ESG reporting and advise on development within the ESG reporting.
Qualifications
- Higher degree in Accounting and/or Auditing.
- Broad experience in accounting and audit processes.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and preparation.
- Experience with internal controls and financial risk management.

- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- High ethical standards and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in financial data analysis and reporting.
