Key Account Manager
All about the role:
The Key Account Manager has responsibility to drive our business with kitchen Retail partners and develop strong relations for successful partnerships. The KAM has full responsibility for the Electrolux business in the customer, covering all aspects of the relationship. In the position as KAM, you have responsibility to sell in new products, promotions and concepts and follow up on them. It is also your responsibility to realizing our battleground plans for each account. AS KAM you lead negotiations and RFQs, in collaboration with other functions.
Furthermore you'll:
- Manage all customer metrics and achieving the business targets (financial and non-financial)
- Securing that an up-to-date agreement is in place for the customer and that the agreement is revised when needed.
- Take responsibility for the product range for the customer.
- Work with trade marketing to dive sell out plans in the account.
- Secure an activation plan for the year, including promotions and joint marketing activities.
- Take the lead towards maximizing the turnover and optimizing the profitability of the account. You hit targets your way, always with the customer experience front of mind.
- Participate in customer fairs and training events.
- Forecast for the accounts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or equal
- 5-10 years broad customer and retail sales and trade marketing experience - driving Key Accounts.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Proven track record in negotiation with Key Accounts.
- Experience in Sales management/Key Account management.
- Strong financial understanding.
- Experience from kitchen retail is preferred.
- Operating in international Matrix environment.
