Become part of Vow ASA as our new Group Finance Controller!

The Group Finance Controller will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Vow Group by ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. You will help drive financial transparency and performance, contributing to the company’s strategic decisions through insightful reporting and process improvements. This position will be key in enhancing financial routines, supporting sustainability initiatives, and providing vital financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in board and management reporting, as well as reporting to the Oslo Stock Exchange
• Participate in the preparation of sustainability reporting of the Vow Group
• Follow-up of the reporting of Vow Group`s subsidiaries
• Assist in the work of liquidity management and balance sheet follow-up
• Further develop the Group's financial routines and processes, including routines in the companies ERP system
• Support defining transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance
• Participate in and execute intercompany invoicing and reconciliation processes

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher education in finance or economics, preferably a master's degree (e.g. MSc in Economics, Finance, or MRR)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally from auditing
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance; familiarity with consolidated accounts and IFRS is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
