Would you like to be our new HSEQ Lead, working with a great team of competent employees?
The HSEQ Lead will be responsible to Perform and manage work according to Enhanced Drilling & client`s safety & operational demands.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The HSEQ Lead will have a key role to manage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality elements of the company’s HSEQ Management System, and ensure that the goals and requirements of Enhanced Drilling (EDR) HSEQ Policies and Standards are achieved in all activities.
The HSEQ Lead is responsible for developing, promoting and monitoring the HSEQ culture, to ensure regional adherence in implementing, managing and improving EDR’s HSEQ Management System, to follow up ISO and API Q2 certification processes, and implementation of the processes required by the standards in the region.
Other responsibilities include;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and provide professional support and advice to regions Management Team and Staff
- Manage regions Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Programme.
- Provide support in developing HSEQ performance indicators to measure company’s performance, and monitor compliance that plans, objectives and targets are met.
- Coordinate and analyse HSEQ statistics and data and propose improvements or actions as required
- Responsible for conducting or assisting in HSEQ audits onshore and offshore
- Lead and/or assist in incident investigations and facilitate and/ or support project risk assessments.
- Ensure that lessons learned are communicated across region and company
- Provide positive leadership and promote the adoption of best practice
- Perform HSEQ training for all EDR’s regional personnel in order to meet the requirements of EDR’s business, standards, and regulatory authorities in the region or area.
- Follow up client’s supplier qualification programmes and evaluation of client HSEQ documentation
- Completion of HSEQ sections for Client ITT
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- HSE Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Other technical education including 5 years relevant experience preferably from the oil industry
- Quality Auditor
- Knowledge of IT programs relevant to area of responsibility (Microsoft, Sharepoint, management system, Synergi and/or other relevant software)
- Knowledge of various industry standards like ISO, API and NORSOK
- Experience in working with external clients and understand their requirements
- Preferred; Experience with investigation of HSEQ related cases
