SITE MANAGER - INDONESIA

Your role and responsibilities:

Do you enjoy solving challenges in collaboration with colleagues, stake holders such as clients, partners, governmental organisations and communities?

We are a competent and continuously growing team looking for an experienced Site Manager with expertise within civil construction and leadership for our new hydropower plant in Indonesia and other exciting projects in the time to come.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, follow up, and execution of projects at site. You’ll play a central role in various project phases, including development, civil construction, installation of hydroelectric equipment, testing, and completion until commercial operation is achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring environment, health and safety standards (EHS) are met on the construction site. You will closely collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation.

We aim to strengthen our team in for international small scale hydropower development in Indonesia and are looking for candidates that will take upon this challenge with local or geographical ties to Norway with experience within Construction of small-scale hydropower projects. Tinfos is currently starting up construction of a hydropower project in Indonesia within 6 months and are looking for candidates with following qualifications:

Qualifications For The Role

• Relevant technical education
• Experience in projects with well-documented results.
• Good understanding of the construction and engineering industry; knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within hydropower is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• Results-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• Focus on progress driven solutions with a technical mindset.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide others.
