We are now looking for a Leasing Manager who will be responsible for letting, renew and improve Oslo City Shopping Center with exciting and innovative retail concepts.

As a Leasing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team, working to create the perfect mix of stores. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future of our shopping centers – as a part of a strong Scandinavian leasing team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and negotiate lease agreements to ensure the best mix of stores and restaurants.
• Work strategically to define and implement our business plans.
• Budget responsibility and regular reporting to management.
• Continuously develop and maintain your retail network to identify new business opportunities.

Who are you? We are looking for a driven individual with a natural ability to build long-term business relationships. You are goal-oriented with a strong focus on sales. Being proactive comes naturally to you, and you thrive on seeing the results of your work. Experience in leasing or the real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement – what matters most is your readiness to take ownership and your determination to succeed.

Your qualifications:

• Strong sales focus – you have a natural drive and love to make new connections.
• Independent and proactive – you see opportunities where others see challenges.
• Results-driven – you are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
• Good financial and legal understanding – you can handle complex negotiations and budget responsibilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
