Job Description

• Create and Maintain Purchase Requisitions: Responsible for generating and managing purchase requisitions to meet project demands.
• Analyze MRP Outputs: Act on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs to ensure material availability.
• Manage Material Delivery Data: Establish and maintain critical delivery data, including need dates and confirmed delivery dates.
• Support Projects: Provide material planning support for delivery, service, and R&D projects.
• Maintain Master Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in the ERP system.
• SAP Support: Assist with SAP material and planning-related data maintenance.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance: Perform all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.

You are meant for this job if:

• Experience: You have a relevant Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning or a related field. Experience in the offshore industry, particularly within subsea systems, is a plus.
• Technical Skills: You are proficient with SAP, ProArc, and standard MS Office applications. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian. You can effectively communicate and collaborate within a diverse cultural environment.
• Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and can give and receive constructive feedback.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage priorities to meet deadlines.
