Job Purpose

Commercial Execution Department

As part of the Commercial Execution Department in Subsea Services Europe you will be responsible to ensure that inbound orders for all established Service Contracts align with the overall Commercial Execution Strategy.

You will be responsible for contractual matters and lead negotiations on Quotations and Purchase Orders (PO), and to proactively support the Projects / Service Lines on Variation Orders (VO).

As Quotation Manager you will play an important part in securing financial results for Subsea Services by ensuring commercial discipline within your area of responsibility, and maximize revenue and profit within established Service Contracts.

You will work closely together with the On- Offshore organization, Finance, Engineering and Tender Department to secure commitment to customer contract.

Take Charge of Commercial Operations!

• Manage Orders: Handle all incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Drive Excellence: Promote commercial awareness and excellence.
• Secure Contracts: Ensure Service Contracts are renewed and escalated.
• Align with Strategy: Make sure all orders fit the commercial plan.
• Lead Negotiations: Be the main negotiator for POs.
• Ensure Compliance: Create Quotations and VOs according to contracts.
• Smooth Handover: Transfer orders to Operations and Engineering.
• Innovate: Find ways to improve the commercial process.
• Track Everything: Keep a system for all commercial communications.
• Close the Loop: Provide feedback to Sales & Tender.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in the commercial area of the business
• Experience with PowerBI preferred but not required
• Strong commercial understanding and experience
• Proven negotiation skills, adept at navigating complex discussions
• Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills, thriving in a small, lean team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of service-mindedness.
• A passion for creating and developing new initiatives within our emerging department.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and juggle multiple priorities effectively
