Summa Equity is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant
As a Junior EA you will provide administrative and operational support. You will contribute to efficiency within the wider support team and play a key role in keeping operations at Summa running smoothly.

The role
In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) to our Managing Partner and COO, assisting in reducing her workload. Together, you will collaborate as a team to provide effective support to both our Managing Partner and our COO.
You will be expected to complete tasks assigned to you and consistently deliver them on time. Additionally, you may also support others within the support team when needed or during absences.
The role is a permanent position and will report to the EA to the Managing Partner and COO.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
- Support with travel logistics, including flights, trains, and rental cars
- Arrange accommodation and dining, such as booking hotels and restaurants
- Assist in scheduling large meetings or group events
- Handle travel expenses
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and systems
- Assist with office tasks
- Ongoing ad hoc tasks as needed
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of working experience and demonstrate a high level of service-oriented attitude. You should have attention to detail, along with strong collaboration skills and the ability to build good relationships with others. Adaptability is key, as you will need to adjust priorities as circumstances change.
In addition, you should have experience using MS Office and be fluent in English, both spoken and written, as English is our working language.
