Are you our new Project Manager?

Are you a proactive, organized professional with a passion for leading projects to success?

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team! Our projects typically comprise our own heave compensation products and includes all project phases from engineering, procurement, software, subcontracting of fabrication/assembly, testing, delivery and operation.

As a key member of our organization, you will be overall responsible for the successful project outcome in close collaboration with our technical team. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and accomplished project management experience within engineering/product companies, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for project execution within agreed budget, quality and timeline.
• Commercial responsibility including contracts and communication with clients and sub-suppliers.
• Plan, organize and structure projects to create good internal and external communication and workflow methodologies.
• Create and manage project sprints, set priorities, and collaborate with the leadership group to align project objectives.
• Handle customer relationships with clients worldwide and facilitate meetings both internally and externally.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, and stakeholder management to maintain alignment and compliance.

Requirements:

• Commercial attitude with proven experience in project management, preferably within engineering/engineered products or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, stakeholder management, contracts, and documentation processes.
• We are a dynamic and relatively small company, where hands-on execution of various tasks during the project phases is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with experience managing global clients.
• Highly proactive, organized, and capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
