We are looking for a Sales Support & Office Manager to join our global mission to revolutionize neonatal jaundice care.
About the Position:
As our Sales Support and Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role to support and develop sales in the global market as part of an international and interdisciplinary team based in Trondheim.
As part of the Office Manager duties, you will also take full responsibility for managing and championing our CRM system and establishing company procedures for our global team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including our Sales, Medical, and Technical Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to our customers.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the company’s CRM system.
- Process sales in a timely manner.
- Handle administrative duties for the sales team.
- Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and product information.
- Be involved in the creation of our SoMe strategy and content (coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web content.)
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, internal and external training sessions, and other related activities.
- Implement and maintain commercial and administrative support systems.
- Support the handling and process of invoicing.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Provide assistance to the management team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Solid competence and experience working with software solutions and maximizing their capabilities and impact including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working in Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferably experience with marketing tools such as SoMe (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).

You should have the ability to work independently and take initiative. You should enjoy constantly planning and re-planning, predicting and solving upcoming problems to meet deadlines.
You must be able to effectively manage your time to juggle various projects and responsibilities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Facilitating team collaboration to ensure timely delivery should be something you thrive on.
