Relevant qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field of study
• Maximum 1 year of work experience after graduation

Our trainee programme

Borregaard’s trainee programme provides a broader experience within several areas of the company. During this two-year programme, the trainee will rotate between different departments (for example commercial, communication, marketing) to gain a broader understanding of our business. The trainee position is primarily located at our offices in Sarpsborg, but there is also a possibility that part of the trainee period will be at one of our locations abroad . This programme is designed to be the start of a career at Borregaard. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are up for a challenge, proactive, and willing to take initiative. Some degree of mobility is expected.

• General content production
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Assisting marketing managers with events
• Assisting sales and marketing with messaging
• Assisting marketing managers with ad-hoc tasks
