This 8-week program, held in Stavanger from June to August, is a unique opportunity to develop your skills, grow professionally, and become part of a purpose-driven team. 

The Opportunity 

Our internships are designed to equip students of all backgrounds with the skills required to enter the workplace ahead of the competition. Our immersive placements provide hands-on experience in a variety of areas and the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams. Working on developing high-tech life-saving products, you will learn from the best in the industry. 

Available Internship Opportunities: 

1. Logistics and Shipping 

Work closely with our supply chain teams, contributing to vital logistics and shipping processes. You'll support operations that ensure our life-saving products reach customers worldwide. 

• Ideal for students in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or Business Administration. 

2. Software & Data Development 

Join our mission by working on innovative software solutions, including AI, cloud solutions, and front-end/back-end development. You'll collaborate on meaningful projects that directly impact our products. 

• Ideal for students in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

3. Marketing 

Help drive our marketing efforts by working on projects related to content creation, eCommerce, and brand strategy. You’ll contribute to Laerdal’s global presence by collaborating with internal teams and distributors. 

• Ideal for students in: Marketing, Business, or related fields, including MBA candidates. 

4. Hardware Product Development 

Get hands-on experience developing high-tech medical products. From prototype development to product testing, you’ll play a key role in engineering solutions for real-world challenges. 

• Ideal for students in: Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Cybernetics. 

Who Should Apply? 

We’re looking for motivated students who are: 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields. 
• Available for 6–8 weeks during the summer of 2025. 
• Eager to contribute, learn, and work in cross-functional teams. 
• Enthusiastic about our mission and excited to gain hands-on experience.
