As the AI Lead at Skuld, you will be an integral member of the Operations department, spearheading Skuld's AI initiatives and enabling AI within our core processes. Our journey has already commenced with the implementation of Copilot M365, the piloting of specialized AI, and the identification of potential use cases. The role will report to Head of Business Processes and be a part of the Operations team (Project Management Office, Business Processes, IT and Facility).

The overall responsibility is to assume the role as AI Lead in all projects and processes Skuld is working with , including:

• Act as AI Lead in projects and take A-Z responsibility from understanding business needs in designing, developing, testing and deploying AI solutions
• Be responsible for development and further improvement of Skuld's AI framework, including data collection, analysis, modelling, evaluation and deployment
• Be responsible for AI related tools and ensure they are being used in accordance with best practice
• Prepare and conduct training of AI methodology in the organisation when applicable
• Responsible for adoption of AI tools available for the organisation and lead adoption work
• Assist in projects and processes where AI is a natural component and/or AI competence is needed
• Act on business needs and develop AI use cases
• The role will also support other improvement projects and work within Operations not limited to the AI sphere
• Stay in front of the relevant technological development within AI and apply new technology where applicable

Your qualifications preferably include:

• Hands-on experience working with AI, preferably within financial services
• Experience working as both AI developer and AI architect with the ability to develop business needs into working AI solutions
• Relevant higher education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields. Combined business and technical backgrounds are preferable
• Skilled in Python, SQL, R, and/or other relevant languages and tools
• Highly self-driven, engaging and manages to create results through others
• Ensures progression according to the plan with high level of efficiency
• Systematic and structured approach
• Enterprising with hands on approach and able to deliver concrete results
• Experience with process improvement, lean and/or business development is an advantage
• Experience from working in agile teams and supporting agile development is an advantage
