We are looking for a dedicated Territory Manager to play a pivotal role in improving people's quality of life. In this key position, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth and promote the use of our innovative ostomy and continence care products in your district. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and carrying out sales activities in the region with the aim of achieving the company's sales and marketing goals. This includes:

• Analyze, identify and seek out potential clients with emphasis on hospitals, bandagists and other healthcare providers
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Training and guidance for healthcare personnel on Dansac ostomy care and Hollister continence care products
• Keep updated on the company's products and services, as well as continuously develop your own sales techniques and skills

The role is measured on defined sales targets and reports directly to the National Sales and Market Access Manager Norway. The region includes Trøndelag and Nord-Norge, as well as Stavanger University Hospital. There is consequently extensive travel in the role.

Requirements
Candidates for the position must enjoy sales and have relevant education. To succeed, the candidate should have a few years' experience in sales, preferably within medical equipment, bandagist, medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language is crucial. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license.
