Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will be a part of the core team in Energi.ai working to support the organization. You hold a hands-on position responsible for accounting and financial controlling and will ensure continuous improvement and process efficiencies within accounting and reporting. Key accountabilities

• Coordinate monthly accounting, invoicing, reporting, and forecasting for Energi.ai  
• Reporting and follow up financial OKRs
• Follow-up on projects
• Establish routines and process for accounting & reporting with external accounting firm
• Forward focus, including forecasting and analytical work
• Develop and maintain an efficient and effective controls environment 
• Support Managers in monitoring:  
  • Status reporting and cost analysis
  • Processes of legal documetations
  • Prepare management presentations for different reporting needs
• Support and drive development of rules, tools and processes to make sure that we run a professional accounting and management

• University degree at Bachelor or Master level
• Minimum 2 years experience from accounting/audit/finance
• Ability to extract and analyse detailed information from the accounting systems, BI system and other tools
• Strong English language skills, spoken and written

• Act on own initiative, make things happen and accepts responsibility for the results
• Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead and define clear priorities
• Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
• Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team goals
