Join Heimstaden to support and optimize key finance systems across our global operations.Heimstaden is an European residential real estate manager and investor, with around 160,000 homes across nine countries with a property value of EUR 29bn. We acquire, develop, and manage properties with an evergreen perspective. The TeamOur Group Finance Transformation team is dedicated to establish, manage, and develop a support team for all finance systems managed from group, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (D365 FO – accounting system), but also Semine (invoice workflow system) and Rydoo (Expense management system). Currently the team is managing a portfolio within D365 FO and Semine of 300+ legal entities in seven countries, with ambition to expand this to include the complete portfolio of 1300+ legal entities in all nine countries.You will be working alongside our Director of Finance Transformation to develop the support function for group-managed finance systems.This full-time position is based in Oslo, other locations such as Copenhagen can be considered for relevant candidates.
You will play a pivotal role in our team by:
- Establish and develop a dedicated support function within the portfolio of group managed finance systems.
- Provide expert-level support for D365 FO, resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability.
- Provide and manage global support and administration of other Finance Systems managed by the group; currently Semine (invoice workflow) and Rydoo (expense)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases, offering deep technical knowledge and solutions.
- Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance service delivery. Establish and develop a global superuser fora for collaboration and knowledge sharing for superusers in each country
- Monitor and analyse support metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of D365 FO.
- Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance service delivery. Establish and develop a global superuser fora for collaboration and knowledge sharing for superusers in each country.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, solutions, and processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, testing and maintenance activities.
- Participate in implementation projects in new countries (training, testing and workshops)
- Implement, test, and participate in designing new functionality and improved user experiences.
To be an ideal fit for our team, you possess:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, particularly in modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Bank, Project & Procurement, and Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Education within Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting with IT specialization, or similar.Preferably experience from similar support roles
- Skilled verbal and written business English
- Experience in international work environments
