Partner Manager (B2B Sales) for Spain and/or Portugal
We are looking for up to two Partner Managers (B2B Sales) to help grow our Spanish and Portuguese markets! If you speak Spanish and/or Portuguese and have a passion for sales, keep on reading!

Our products and services:
Nettbureau develops niche online marketplaces within a range of sectors related to real estate, energy and personal finance. With around 100 sites across Europe, we help millions of users annually in finding the right providers of products and services, by making it easier to compare offers and get a good deal. Some of our services in Spain and Portugal include Internetymovil.es, Inmobiliarias.es and Paineisfotovoltaicos.com.
Our main B2B offering is access to warm, relevant leads in a convenient, cost-efficient, and GDPR-compliant manner.
The market and your role:
We launched our first services in Spain in autumn 2020 and entered Portugal in the beginning of 2023. To continue expanding our services, we’re adding up to one Partner Manager for each of these two markets. If you’re proactive, driven by results and excited to use your sales experience to shape new markets, this is your chance!
In short, your role will be aimed at making sure we collaborate with a good selection of companies that can offer their products to our users:
- Find them: Use your local knowledge to find the right companies.
- Get their attention: Our strong and recognisable brands make it easy to get prospects interested.
- Sign them: Clients pay based on actual delivery and make no upfront commitments.
- We keep them happy: Our high-quality leads foster long-term client satisfaction.
Potential clients range from small businesses to large multinational corporations, and you’ll participate in launching services across various sectors.

Your key responsibilities & tasks will be to:
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing of B2B sales.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Deliver presentations to prospective customers.
- Follow-up and take care of current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and continuity.
- Track all sales activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive), keeping information up to date.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to optimise sales efforts.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new services🚀
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a native speaker in either Spanish or Portuguese (or both!). We are looking for up to two new colleagues, so you should master the language of the market you are applying to.
- Has a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills in order to convert prospects into clients and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Has a collaborative approach and a team-player mindset.
- Is able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced setting.
- Can communicate in English at a good level.
Bonus points if you:
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are proactive in developing business opportunities.
- Have previous B2B sales experience in any of our target markets or sectors.
- Think strategically, with a knack for solving problems and planning for future growth.
- Can communicate well in other languages: The Scandinavian languages, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch are most useful, but other languages are also a plus.
These points are not strict requirements, and the position will be tailored to the ideal candidate. We may make exceptions to the native language requirement for candidates with full working proficiency and relevant experience.
