Promenaden Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies across our portfolio of high-end retail and office spaces, ensuring a premium experience for world-class tenants and fostering strong relationships with new business prospects.

As Senior Leasing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a team to drive and implement leasing strategies across the Promenaden portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing leasing strategies for both retail and office spaces in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
• Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve common objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
• Managing relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with the CEO, who leads leasing efforts in the luxury retail segment, and the Executive Director, responsible for the leasing strategy within the department store, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities across the portfolio.
• Engaging with investors and owners, including international partners such as MARK Capital, to validate and discuss key leasing decisions.
• Managing budget processes related to leasing activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals. 
• Reporting on leasing performance and progress towards goals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including external brokers, to foster collaboration and generate leasing opportunities.
• Working closely with the property management and marketing teams to enhance tenant experiences and optimize portfolio value.

We are looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in commercial real estate leasing, within retail and office sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals and drive results.
• The ability to engage with stakeholders, including external brokers, and develop fruitful relationships within the industry.
• A keen understanding of market trends and the ability to provide strategic insights to guide leasing decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional tenant experiences and driving business growth.
• Experience in retail or high-end brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for managing leasing data, evaluating deals with leasing validation forms, reporting, and creating presentations.
• Master in Business Administration, or similar high educations relevant to the role (Masters or MBA preferred)
