About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team in the Nordics. In this role, you will partner with managers and employees, providing expert HR guidance and coaching to ensure our HR strategies and processes align with overall business objectives.
You will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. By driving these efforts, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both HR functions and the unique challenges of a technology-driven company.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Consultation & Advisory: Act as a consultant to managers, offering insights and recommendations on team performance, employee engagement, and productivity.
- Talent Management & Development: Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance reviews, and leadership development programs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company values. Coach and provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace challenges, team dynamics, and career development.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, while analyzing workforce metrics to improve hiring strategies.
- Employment Engagement - Implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and motivation, use feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Change Management: Support organizational transformation by advising on the human impact of business changes and helping with organizational design.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives and implement programs that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Skills, qualifications and experience:
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience in the technology sector and global multicultural companies.
- Experience working across the Nordics, EMEA (UK) and the US is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Deep business and HR acumen, to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels

- Ability to balance high-level strategic initiatives with flawless execution of operational tactics, ensuring seamless delivery of HR programs and services.
