Managing recruitment processes and HRIS systems while serving as a strategic HR business partner.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract diverse internal and external candidates.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of employer branding.
- Maintain the recruitment system TeamTailor and our LinkedIn pages.
- Partner HR team in maintaining HRIS systems i.e. CatalystOne, Ennova, Sharepoint.
- Analyze and present HR data to support business objectives and informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the business areas to understand their needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both business and HR.
- Contribute to organizational development and cultural initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to line management, and provide guidance and support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A master's degree in HR or related subject.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR recruitment
- Solid HR generalist skills and experience, including knowledge in Norwegian employment legislation.
- Knowledgeable in Norwegian employment legislation
- Good working knowledge of recruitment ATS and HRIS systems, preferably CatalystOne and Teamtailor.

The position is based in Oslo and reports to the Chief People Officer.
