The challenge

We're a pretty small (still), and committed team, on a mission to build and provide the most valuable, highest quality, and safest AI software for the energy industry. Software that just works and helps engineers do their job better.

Applying our technology to CCUS, and building Ida - the AI Drilling Agent - are just our first baby steps.

Our key challenge now is creating a product strategy that balances technical advancements with strong market positioning, ensuring our software solutions drive business growth and deliver real value to both our customers - and our planet.

Your mission

Your mission will be to make our software products ready for the world, impactful for our customers, and commercially successful, helping us lead the way in AI-driven drilling optimization.

You’ll collaborate closely with our technical teams to create AI-powered software that doesn’t just push the boundaries of what’s possible - but also solves real-world challenges.

As the bridge between innovation and market success, you’ll be the one ensuring our solutions make a tangible impact where it matters most.

You’ll take ownership of

• Shaping the product vision and strategy - You’ll lead the development of the product vision for both Ida and our other software solutions, ensuring alignment with eDrilling’s overall goals and the evolving needs of our customers
• Leading the product development of Ida - You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our AI software solution Ida, from initial concept to design, launch, and continuous improvements
• Building go-to-market strategies - You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique value of our products
• Driving user-centric discovery - By staying tuned to customer needs and industry trends, you’ll identify new opportunities and features that keep eDrilling’s software solutions at the edge of the industry
• Collaborating across teams - Working closely with engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and other teams, you’ll translate technical innovations into commercially successful products
