The Study Department operates within the Engineering Business Area, focusing on providing comprehensive services in feasibility and concept studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, and fabrication engineering for our subsea clients.

We work closely with our international organization and leverage Worley’s global consulting teams to ensure the successful execution of our projects. Current initiatives within our subsea team include the development of a Subsea Desalination Plant, marginal field development, and various conventional oil and gas subsea projects. With established long-term frame agreements, we are now expanding our department to enhance our project development and delivery capabilities.

Our global team comprises data scientists, consultants, construction professionals, and innovators, all collaborating to create a better tomorrow. Every day, we assist clients in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors in addressing some of the planet’s most challenging issues.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct geotechnical interpretation, planning, and engineering for offshore projects.
• Develop soil models and perform analyses related to soil friction, capacity, installation, and retrieval.
• Execute stability and friction assessments to ensure project integrity.
• Perform risk analyses based on available geotechnical data to identify potential challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to optimize engineering solutions.
• Prepare and compile geotechnical data reports, along with comprehensive geotechnical assessments.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnics.
• Experience from geotechnical work is preferred.
• Organized and systematic, with strong organizational skills.
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
• Committed to delivering consistent, efficient, and high-quality results.
• Clear and effective communicator, proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and quality assurance.
