Role Overview: With the task to provide deep technical support within relevant RF/IT areas and with capability to provide project implementation support for advanced project and project management services for less complex projects, mainly in the defense sector.

You will be part of the RSNO Services team and also provide services/assistance to the Nordic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site support services: A key component of the role involving substantial travel both nationally and internationally.
• Technical Support: Provide in-depth application support to customers and sales teams, becoming a key technical resource for RF and IT-related inquiries.
• Sales Support: Assist in identifying upselling opportunities and provide technical insights to drive sales success.
• Continuous Learning: Evolve into a deeper technical resource for RSNO and its customers, staying at the forefront of RF and IT developments.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in telecommunications engineering or a related field.
• Interest in RF design or operations, with a strong understanding of related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers and teams, ideally with project management or teamwork experience.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
