We are seeking a German-speaking Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Fotoware Commercial team. In this role, you will manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will tackle complex challenges, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Who are we looking for?
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, with a focus on the Dach region. You’ll develop strategic account plans, tackle complex challenges, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, creating business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Client Satisfaction: Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Technical interest: Leverage your technical knowledge to understand client requirements and demonstrate Digital Asset Management solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in account management, technical sales, product specialist roles, or similar.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
- Passion: A genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Creativity: Creative thinking with the ability to see new opportunities and think outside the box.
- Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills in global markets.
