Account Manger
Interwell is looking for an Account Manager - within Completions & Wellhead Integrity. The main responsibilities in this role will be to act as a client focal point and coordinate all aspects of client operations from the initial planning stage to post-job completion.
Job requirements
- Minimum BSc degree or MSc level education and at least 5 years experience from completion and/or downhole operations
- Long relevant experience can cover lacking education
- Excellent knowledge and relevant experience from sand phase and cased hole completions
- Fundamental understanding of well intervention (Coiled tubing/Slickline/E-line services)
- Previous experience working in a client-facing role Supervisory experience is preferential
- MS Office software tools skills Self-motivated and service minded Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral and written
- Experience with completion including barrier valves and gas lift
Job responsibilities
- Sales and operational focal point for dedicated clients, ensuring regular contact and visits
- Propose solutions, check and communicate any technical or commercial-related issues
- Product sheets, price/quotation, assembly drawings, operational procedures, etc.)
- Prepare invoice estimates post-job completion
- Coordinate the ordering of equipment to the client’s specifications/ job requirements
- Conduct and prepare pre-job and post-job meetings with the relevant service delivery staff
- Actively developing the market and promoting our services
- Build and maintain relationships
- Develop and execute account plans
- General marketing activities
- Job-specific project follow-up according to Interwell Business Process
- Traveling to support domestic and international operations is required
