About the Role:
Rosenberg is expanding its project capabilities with several exciting opportunities in renewable energy, energy transition, and oil & gas projects. As part of this growth, we seek a Planning Lead to support our study, project, and tender teams. This role will drive the development and management of engineering and construction plans for our EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach, ensuring a basis for efficient project progression, milestone tracking, and resource management.
Position Overview:
As the Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and updating project schedules using Safran Project. In addition to hands-on planning tasks, this role requires a strategic approach to monitor critical paths and evaluate the impact of potential changes on project timelines. Your ability to communicate clear, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders will support Rosenberg’s commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of planners.
- Plan Development: Lead the preparation and management of Engineering and Construction schedules across all project phases, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Progress Tracking: Actively follow and analyze project progress, milestones, and critical paths to identify and address potential delays.
- Change Impact Evaluation: Assess schedule impacts related to changes in scope, resources, and other project variables.
- Reporting: Responsible for generating detailed plan reports for both internal project teams and external clients, offering insights on project progress and timelines.
Competence Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of 10 years in multi-discipline project planning, with specific experience in EPCI projects and leading a team of planners.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Safran Project for planning and schedule management, with the ability to generate and analyze detailed reports.

- Energy and Organization: High energy and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaboration & Independence: Demonstrates excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
