Purpose
In partnership with Posten Bring, our mission is to maintain and grow our position as Norway’s largest platform for offers and catalogs. We’re committed to helping our clients succeed with our SaaS solutions by making their content more relevant and impactful on our platforms and their websites or apps. Our goal is to ensure retailers maximize the value of their digital catalogs and have the tools they need to drive customer engagement and sales.

We are looking for a Senior Product Advisor with strong retail and sales experience, someone who can help clients optimize their digital catalogs and drive sales growth. If you are skilled in building relationships, have a strategic approach, and are passionate about helping retailers succeed, we’d love to talk with you.
Key responsibilities
As a Senior Product Advisor, you will:
- Help clients maximize the impact of our digital catalog ecosystem by upscaling and cross-selling our products, working closely with our partners at Posten Bring
- Guide retailers in leveraging our solutions to drive their business goals and improve customer reach
- Build, strengthen, and maintain lasting client relationships, positioning Tjek as a trusted partner in their growth
- Regularly meet with our headquarters team in Copenhagen to share insights and collaborate on strategies
What you bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within (digital) media platforms or SaaS products
- Extensive expertise and experience in the retail industry is a plus
- A results-driven approach, with a passion for building strong relationships with clients and partners
- A strong understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to translate business needs into digital catalog strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A marketing-oriented mindset and an understanding of the collaboration between Sales and Marketing
- Native Norwegian language skills and fluency in English
