To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we're searching for a strategic and visionary Head of AI & Data to be a key architect in shaping our technological future.  

Your Role  
As Head of AI & Data at Semine, you will define and execute our AI and data strategy. You will lead a growing department, building advanced data and AI solutions that deliver value to our company and customers. In this role, you'll have substantial influence and work closely with our executive team to ensure our technology and data architecture support our strategic objectives. The position will report to the CTO. 
  
Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement our AI and data strategy to align with company goals and ambitious growth targets.  
• Build and lead a dedicated AI and data team, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration across the organization.  
• Drive the development of advanced AI models and data architecture that add value for our clients and support product innovation.  
• Optimize data flow and quality by continuously improving our data architecture and infrastructure.  
• Champion innovation within the company, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of emerging trends in AI and data-driven product development.

Your Qualifications:  

• Experience developing and implementing AI strategy and data architecture at a high level.  
• Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data architecture, with hands-on experience in Python and cloud platforms like Azure.  
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.  
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions that drive value for both the company and our customers.  
• Operational experience with project management and executing data and AI initiatives in cross-functional settings.  
• Experience with C# and microservice architecture is an added benefit.
