Job Opportunity: Rib Cutter / Deboning Specialist

Location: Tønsberg, Norway (20 km from Torp Airport, 100 km from Oslo) 

We are urgently seeking experienced Rib Cutters / Deboning Specialists with specific expertise in rib bone extraction using a pneumatic gun on pork processing lines. Position Overview:

As a Rib Cutter / Deboning Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Rib bone extraction using a pneumatic gun on our pork processing line is a KEY requirement for this position.
• Rotating between positions before and after deboning tasks to ensure an efficient and seamless workflow.
• Training and mentoring other operators to maintain the highest operational standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with rib bone extraction using a pneumatic gun on a pork processing line (essential).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Recent and relevant work experience.
• Excellent debonaire technique, strong physical fitness, and high attendance.
• Knife handling skills; broader cutting skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Preferences:

• We encourage groups of 6-8 people with experience working together to apply. Both individual applicants and small teams are welcome.

Job Details:

• Work Hours: 07:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Start Date: Immediate (urgent hiring).

Salary & Benefits:

• Wage of NOK 311.80 per hour, plus seniority bonuses and potential certification, if applicable.
• 12% holiday pay
