InflowControl is seeking an innovative Principal Mechanical Engineer with a commercial mindset to join our dynamic R&D team.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee and execute the development of new products from concept to final solution.
- Drive technological innovation within our existing technology portfolio by identifying and implementing improvements in design and development processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Focus on developing and optimizing mechanical components and systems to ensure their high performance and reliability
- Conduct simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the design's performance and robustness under various conditions
- Develop and monitor test protocols to ensure that products meet the company’s quality requirements and safety standards
- Work closely with other departments and external partners to meet requirements and specifications
- Prepare technical specifications and report on project status and results
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical education in relevant fields
- Has experience from concept development to final product, preferably in mechanical design
- Is proficient in 3D design tools like SolidWorks
- Has experience with flow technology (desirable)
- Possesses a strong understanding of mechanical design and product development

- Approaches tasks methodically and with structure
- Is curious, initiative-taking, and takes responsibility within their field
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
