Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic is looking for a Business Manager

Swiss Life Asset Managers is a leading institutional Real Estate investor in Europe. with more than 1,800 qualified real estate professionals and a strong local presence in 25 key locations, including Gothenburg in Sweden, Oslo in Norway, and Copenhagen in Denmark.

We are looking for a Business Manager to strengthen our presence in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management and bookkeeping of some of the group's internal entities
• Budgeting and liquidity management
• Participation in board meetings/board secretary
• Preparation of annual accounts and tax notice
• Deal with tax and VAT-related topics
• Take part in the monthly financial reporting to Group
• Ad hoc tasks and projects

Experience

• Higher education in finance or economics, preferably a master's degree (e.g. MSc in Economics, Finance, or MRR), but not an absolute requirement
• Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably from audit or Group accounting
• Solid accounting skills
• Good Norwegian and English skills
• Strong Excel and system skills/interest
