Challenge the Status Quo in Health Tech
Are you a procurement law specialist looking to tackle complex public tender challenges? Consider these scenarios:
- Your cloud-native and AI-driven healthcare solution qualifies both as a medical device and software. Six municipalities want to procure it jointly. Identify the key legal risks.
- A competitor claims your R&D collaboration with a hospital violates state aid rules. Defend your position.
- You need a framework agreement that allows municipalities to efficiently procure electronic health record solutions that are continuously learning and evolving. Draft your approach.
These are not scenarios at Aidn, it's a Wednesday.
We're developing modern health tech solutions to Norwegian municipalities as part of the Kernel-group, the biggest private health tech company in Norway. The intersection of innovative technology and traditional procurement frameworks creates novel legal challenges daily. With parallel tenders worth up to 100M+ NOK in a highly regulated market, we need a procurement specialist who can navigate both known and uncharted territory.
Ready for the challenge?
About us
We’re building Aidn to solve a real pain point in healthcare: the endless repetition of patient stories due to siloed, inaccessible information. In just three years, Aidn has grown from 3 to 100 people, and we’re only getting started. With a team spread across Norway in Oslo, Bergen, Bodø, and remote locations, we work fast, adapt easily, and are dedicated to building something meaningful together.
