The Opportunity
As HR Manager Reward, you will have the chance to shape and execute our global reward strategy while strengthening HR analytics. You'll advise Leadership and HR to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with business goals.
You will report to the Chief People Officer in Orkla Health.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global reward strategy that encompasses salary structures, bonus incentives, and employee benefits, to keep us competitive across markets.
- Lead initiatives such as salary reviews, pay benchmarking, and bonus plans for Orkla Health's leadership teams - ensuring fairness across roles, geographies, and genders, while staying compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Create and manage dashboards for real-time insights on workforce demographics, compensation trends, and other metrics to ensure high quality input for reporting (e.g. CSRD) and leverage informed decisions.
We believe the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in organizational leadership/HR, Business Administration, Finance or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in compensation and benefits. International experience is a plus but not a requirement
- You are a credible, independent and able to translate strategy into action.
- You are fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
- Good presentation skills and a solid track record of presenting complex information in an "easy to understand" way
- Analytical skills, technical reasoning and system insight
