Clinical Supply Manager

As Clinical Supply Manager you will have a key position and contribution in E2E supply chain processes as planning, forecasting, ordering and distribution of patient doses for global clinical study programs. You will have a key role in the set-up phase of CDMO`s across product portfolio in development phase.
We are looking for a candidate with an attitude for strong patient focus, proactivity, flexibility, teamwork across functions and pragmatic problem-solving skills. You have strong communication skills and navigate professionally and smoothly in an international and dynamic organization culture. We are looking for knowledge of lean methods, having a digital mindset, continuous improvement and optimization throughout the value chain. The successful candidate has passion for people, products and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and expand the supply chain for distribution of Targeted Actinium Conjugates (TACs) to fully support the clinical development strategy.
- Ensure robust and efficient supply, E2E of TAC-compounds in clinical development and timely delivery to patients
- The position involves interaction and coordination of a comprehensive development programs with clinical operation, technology development and quality assurance
- Lead and support projects, e.g. sourcing, warehouse & distribution strategy, supply chain improvements
- Collaboration and oversight of sourcing from 3rd parties towards CDMO`s (supply agreements, raw material supply and contract negotiations)
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting KPI`s from our CDMO network for all
radiopharmaceutical assets
Preferred background and experience/ Qualifications
- University science degree as pharmacy, biochemistry, or other relevant chemical or biological discipline
- Experience with planning, leading and follow up of development projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge and experience within radiopharmaceuticals and/or clinical study management will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of quality standards and guidance as (GMP/GDP/GCP)
- Knowledge and experience of clinical studies distribution and logistics
Requirements and skills:
- Capable to lead global and local projects and work independently as well as in teams
- Capable to take initiative and have a problem-solving nature with relatively high complexities across functions
- Strong customer focus, strong sense of urgency and flexibility to find solutions on short notice. A high degree of availability will be required when supply issues occur
- Organized, committed and able to work efficiently within given timelines in local and global teams
- Good competence regards Supply Agreements, supplier qualification, implementation and validation of supply related systems/tools
- Broad knowledge about Importation/Exportation of Radiopharmaceutical
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Norwegian
- Excellent coordinating and result-oriented skills
- Excellent ability to work under time pressure
