Established company with strong growth is looking for new installers

Acrylicon (AC) Layers primarily work in teams, performing a physically demanding profession. They receive comprehensive in-house training on all aspects of laying AC. This role requires experience with foundations, machinery, equipment, Acrylicon chemicals, and AC product knowledge.

The work is fast-paced and demands well-established techniques, often under significant stress, especially since surfaces fully cure within two hours. As a fully trained installer, responsibilities include storing and transporting chemicals to construction sites, building mixing stations, conducting preliminary work, and cleaning before mixing chemicals. Installers also fold, sprinkle, or paint Acrylicon masses to achieve the desired height, colors, style, and surface type specified by the customer.

All layers must use HSE protection wear and be effective, positive, and solution-oriented colleagues for their team and the Site Manager.

You will start as a henchman, then you are expected to become an AC Layer within 1-2 years. If you show good results, the ability to understand the subject, perform good quality in your work and be able to lead and inspire others, you can become Site Manager after approx. 4 years if there is a Site Manager position free, and then lead the execution of the AC on the construction site. There are also opportunities to become a Sr. Site Manager if you have worked with us for many years and handle all aspects of the subject and make an extra contribution to the further development of the business in one area or another.

Acrylicon Industrigulv AS carries out work from Mandal in the south to Dovre in the north, but mainly throughout Eastern Norway. You must therefore be flexible regarding driving time and location of projects, as travel can lead to variable longer working days and/or accommodation.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience from the construction industry and the construction site.

• Experience from production on larger projects

• A certificate from a relevant field and/or documented knowledge from pulp flooring and especially MMA (acryl) and Acrylicon is a plus

• You must have a class B driver's license, a plus if you have ADR

• It is a plus if you have a forklift driver's license, work at height and hot work.

• You must speak and write Norwegian or English
