ALSO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security GTM (Go-To-Market) Regional Lead to drive strategic leadership and high-impact go-to-market performance across the responsible region. This role is pivotal in ensuring best-in-class revenue growth for Microsoft’s Security Portfolio.
Role and job description:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide business leadership for the Microsoft Security Business in the region, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with internal goals.
- Sales Enablement: Activate the seller community, engage in targeted marketing activities, and drive sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive business impact and operational efficiency.
- Market Insights: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive teams, partners, and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Your profile:
- Experience: Extensive experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields, with a strong background in cybersecurity products and services.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and models, such as Zero Trust. Familiar with Microsoft Security solutions and offers.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
