Job Description

• Plan and manage Field Development and Offshore Wind EPC/I Projects.

• Apply a systematic approach to define priorities and allocate resources efficiently.

• Monitor and follow up on scheduling to ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and processes.

• Provide scheduling analysis to support the planning manager and project management in making informed decisions.

• Communicate potential scheduling issues to the planning manager to facilitate timely adjustments and improve performance.

• Identify opportunities to optimize project schedules and ensure implementation of improvements.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical or commercial fields. Relevant work experience may compensate for formal qualifications.

• Expertise in Level 4 and Level 5 project planning (installation and completion stages).

• Proficiency in Safran and/or Primavera.

• Strong skills in critical path analysis and schedule risk management.

• Scenario planning with the ability to suggest corrective actions to recover project delays.

• Experience with cost and resource management tools.

• Knowledge of planning across engineering, procurement, construction, and installation phases.

• Team player with a proactive mindset, seeking advice and sharing expertise.

• Structured, analytical, and highly committed to deadlines and quality.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
