Head of Pricing and Channel Sales
Do you want to be part of driving change and contribute to the electrification of transports? Recharge is one of the leading EV charging operators in the Nordic and a pioneer in the e-mobility sector since 2011.
We are now looking for a strong leader in our Product and Marketing function to drive pricing and sales through own and partner channels. The role is strategic and will be key to accelerate growth and profitability. To succeed in the role, you need thorough experience from pricing and partner relations. We also believe you care deeply about electrification and you are driving an electric vehicle (or planning to get one soon).
You will lead our Pricing and Channel strategy and work closely with our Product management, Market communications and B2B sales teams, as well as experts and stakeholders in the rest of the Nordic organization. The position currently has one direct report and is part of the Product and Marketing leadership team, reporting to Chief Product & Marketing Officer.
Role and responsibilities
Strategic planning, market analysis and partner relations are keys in this role, together with a strong drive and thorough commercial understanding. With many internal and external stakeholders, you need to lead through others and work efficiently in a matrix organization.
- Develop, implement and refine our pricing strategy aimed at accelerating growth and profitability
- Further develop our Channel strategy, manage partner relations, and acquire and onboard additional partners fitting to our strategic direction
- Further develop processes and ways of working across the organization
- Contract management and negotiations
- Monitor regulation, market development and competitor activities to strengthen insights and competitive solutions
Success factors
- Thorough leadership and change management skills
- Analytical mindset and highly structured
- Basic legal competence and contract management experience
- Ability to understand technical contexts, e.g. billing transactions and analytics tools
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving approach in a fast paced environment
- Data driven approach and strong utilization of e.g. MS Excel, Power BI
- At least 10 years’ experience with focus on business development, pricing and partner management
- Academic degree in relevant field, such as business or engineering
- Understanding of automotive and/or e-mobility industries is a strong plus
- Experience in channel and pricing driven industry (e.g. travel, e-commerce etc) is a strong plus
- Advanced language skills in Nordic languages and English
- Driver’s license

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss, office in central Oslo or our office in central Stockholm, depending on the ideal candidate. Some travelling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer.
