Job Description:

• Company are seeking an experienced Portfolio / Project Manager to join the Improvement & Performance team.
• Typical tasks:
• Portfolio Management of the SCM&Log Improvement Portfolio with laser focus on value/benefit realisation.
• This includes:
• Driving delivery of the overall improvement portfolio - ensuring progress according to plan and the early escalation of issues
• Ensure our prioritised improvements have a clear business case and the document benefits/value delivered by these improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritisation of new initiative proposals - adapt the portfolio in response to changes in business environment, market conditions or strategic priorities
• Integration and alignment of initiatives that impact, or are impacted by, initiatives outside of SCM&Log
• Stakeholder engagement - communication of portfolio progress, risks, outcomes
• Project management and hands-on delivery of individual SCM&Log initiatives - from scoping to successful implementation and value outtake
• Align with and support improvements initiated outside of SCM&Log - ensuring we are integrated where we need to be
• Proposing and hands-on delivery of improvement initiatives to achieve our strategic priorities, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and driving change.
