Global Inventory Lead Well Services

We are now looking for a Global Inventory Lead to join our Well Services team in Stavanger.
The ideal candidate have:
- Strong educational background with minimum a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field
- Minimum 7 years relevant business experience
- The ability to work independent and in close cooperation across departments
- Strong knowledge of IFS system (other ERP systems knowledge may compensate)
- Strong analytical skills related to efficient Inventory Management and cost of Inventory
- Good communications skills and understanding of operating in international business environment
- Proven relationship management skills and ability to build business partnerships.
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Experience within Inventory Management in same or similar field
- Must be accurate and detailed oriented
- Must have an interest in Material Management and Material control
Your duties as Global Inventory Lead will consist of: - Support and ensure alignment with OTL's strategic objectives related to material management
- Support key internal stakeholders across the business to ensure operational success
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving
- Project management according to set ambitions and roadmaps
This roles involves comprehensive management of spare parts data within our ERP (IFS) system, which includes several key responsibilities: - Maintaining ERP Master data for Spare Parts
-ABC classification and Activating Cycle Count
-Constructing Bill of Material for our asset fleet
-Design and implement new routines globally: Introducing new work practices across the organization, which may involve training, process standardization, and change management
